Survivor for Robin's 30th birthday! The Winner! Donna Bretzke, from San Jose, a self-employed certified massage therapist at Body Rest Massage, won the jury's vote to take the $200 grand prize of $100 at REI and $100 cash! Donna, who enjoys rock climbing, snow boarding, and sushi, backpacked around the world in 1997. These skills and her ability to communicate in Dutch with some of the other contestants may have helped her get through the 8 hrs of challenges to the final 2. Congratulations, Donna! Leonie Wynhoven, a migration manager at HP in Sacramento, and an avid Survivor fan, was runner-up. Leonie would love to be host of the real Survivor show, and enjoys swimming, snorkeling, biking and dancing to 80's music. She almost completed a 10mi open water swim once... and Saturday, she almost won SURVIVOR UVAS! Both Donna and Leonie speak Dutch, have 2 cats, and like Rupert as their favorite Survivor.... interesting.. |
