Sentinel was great. Robin got tumbled by a big wave. But we were both happy with our placings.

http://www.santacruzsentinel.com/archive/2002/September/30/local/stories/02local.htm article talks about the man who died and the 2 injuries from pouding waves: a strained back and a women who had to be rushed to hospital with broken jaw and spinal injuries.

Out of 73, you were 23rd in the swim, 12th in the bike, and 4th! in the run (your run was 2:20 faster then the "big" girl that won).

You had good transitions. With a couple minutes off the swim and bike, you're right there in the awards!
