Ralph's Califronia 1/2

Yes, I was quite happy with Ralph's. I sure liked how enjoyable it was for me.. really able to appreciate being able to participate.. and breathe (since last year I had trouble with that). Although I had heel pain on the run, I was able to minimize it by focusing on my stride length. So that worked out well and surprised me with a fast time none-the-less! The highlight was running with Dale for a mile of the run! I've never run side by side with him in a race. It was hard to keep up with him for a bit. It was good to see him in great shape.
