Team Membership Requirements:
bulletPerformance
finish in top 3 or 25% of age group
bulletVisibility
race at least 4 of 7 team sanctioned races per season (all local races, up to half Ironman and half marathon distance)
bulletCohesiveness
attend at least 1 team function per month
(Lake San Antonio training weekends, team open water swims, track workouts, Volunteer at Special Olympics Swim Meet�) time a track session at least once per season
